We’re hiring Cultivation Techs for our grow facility in Albuquerque. This is a hands-on job — lots of cleaning, plant care, and harvest work. Must have reliable transportation.
Duties include:
Watering, pruning, transplanting, trellising.
Cleaning and sanitizing rooms/equipment.
Harvesting, drying, curing.
Requirements:
Must be 21+ and eligible for NM CCD badge.
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable with repetitive work.
Experience in cannabis/agriculture is a plus but not required.
