Weekly caregiver needed for disabled elder

We are look​ing for someone to take my disabled uncle on a weekly excursion to the zoo, outdoor walks in nature, to museums, and pet stores. He​ had a stroke a few years ago and is in a wheelchair and needs assistance transitioning between his chair and the car; he is pretty small and weighs less than 120 pounds. The nursing home staff will help get him into the car and back out when he returns.​ He loves animals and being outdoors. We live out of state so unfortunately can't visit as much as we would like. He will pay for any entry tickets.
