Location: New Mexico,MUST LIVE in the State of New Mexico
Training Hours: Monday-Friday - 9:00AM-6:00PMPST
Shift Hours: Monday-Friday - 10:30AM-7:00PMPST
Pay: $16.00-$20.00 DOE
Job Duties:
Take a high volume of inbound calls 100+ per day from both Members and Providers.
Verify insurance coverages, clarify billing questions including amounts and deductibles.
Assist Members navigate the website to find provider information.
Experience Required:
1+ Year Experience in any of thesefields;
Medical, Dental, or Health Insurance Call Center.
High Volume Medical Front Office (80+ Calls per day).
Medical Billing with heavypatient interaction.
High Volume Insurance Verification, Insurance Authorization, or Claims.
High Volume PSR, PCC, or MSR.
Skills and Job Requirements:
Must be tech savvy, with ability to work with 2 monitors and navigate through different platforms quickly,
Must be able to type 30 WPM.
Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
Stable and consistent verifiable job history.
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.
