POSITION: Medical Assistant/Medical Receptionist (PRN)
LOCATION: 8400 Osuna Rd NE, Suite 5C, Albuquerque, NM (Outpatient Clinic)
COMPENSATION: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and skills
CLINIC HOURS: Monday to Friday; 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Shift flexibility available based on your availability)

Role Summary
As the welcoming face of our clinic, you will perform both receptionist duties and assist in patient care. Your responsibilities will include reception tasks, assisting RNs with infusions, administering nutritional injections, and supporting our clinician with patient needs.
From scheduling patients, answering phones, drawing blood, to stocking the exam room, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Depending on the day, you might be holding down the front desk checking patients in and out. Other days you might be in the back drawing blood and processing specimens, doing injections, rooming patients and helping out with Infusions.
Requirements
- Medical Assistant Certification or relevant experience
- Minimum of one year equivalent experience
- Phlebotomy skills
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and electronic health records
- Excellent customer service skills
- Friendly and engaging personality
- Reliable transportation and attendance
