We are seeking the assistance of an experienced Medical Assistant/customer service person to work with us at our privately owned Alternative Medicine Clinic in Albuquerque. Our clinic is unique in its offerings, focusing on men's and women's hormone health, regenerative and longevity medicine, sports medicine, and cosmetic esthetic dermatology. This part-time position could accommodate a flexible schedule, averaging approximately 15-20 hours/week to start. This is not an entry-level position, experience working in a medical clinic setting is required. We are looking for an immediate hire to start training as early as possible after the interviews are conducted.
Our ideal candidate has a background in customer service/sales, is eager to reach out and maintain a relationship with our patients, and when appropriate can recommend purchases of additional services or health related products (nutraceuticals, cosmetics, etc.). Our hire is comfortable on the phone scheduling lab appts, procedures and follow up's, can engage patients in-person, and can even reach patients via social media posts or ads. We are seeking a health-conscious individual who is a multi-tasker, organized and efficient, has a positive and upbeat spirit, dependable, enthusiastic, and engaging, and desires to take ownership of the position. This position can grow if the person wants to grow in it! Most important is your attention to providing a concierge level of customer service for our patients. We are not a volume-based clinic, but a value/service-based clinic.
The candidate should enjoy assisting with direct patient care to the extent of their experience and license level. Can you draw blood, give shots, or place an IV Great! Let’s grow these skills, and if you are receptive, let’s expand your skill set and learn new things!
We are looking for someone who wants to work into a LONG-TERM position, with expanded administrative duties and pay. You must be mature enough to take direction, work INDEPENDENTLY and assist with the growth and evolution of the clinic. Simple right?
