We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) and Community Support Workers (CSW) to provide essential support services to individuals in recovery at our sober living facility in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

Pay Rate: $25/hour

Full-Time Opportunity: 5+ days/week = $1,000+/week ($4,000+/month)

Part-Time Welcome: 3 days/week available

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

✅ Valid New Mexico CCSS Certification

✅ High School Diploma or GED

✅ Valid Driver's License

✅ Reliable Transportation (required for client support)

CCSS RESPONSIBILITIES

Note: All responsibilities are provided on a case-by-case basis depending on your assigned clients' individual needs. Not all duties may apply to every client, as some may be more established in their recovery than others.

- Provide ongoing support for individuals in addiction recovery, Facilitate connections to community resources and services, Assist with transportation to appointments and essential errands, Help clients develop independent living skills, Support medication management and healthcare coordination, Help clients replace lost identification documents (driver's licenses, state IDs), Support educational goals and vocational training enrollment

PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITES

- Maintain accurate client records and progress documentation in a timely manner, Coordinate with treatment providers and case management teams, Schedule and coordinate appointments with clients in a timely manner, Strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality, Follow all agency policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines, Maintain professional boundaries while building therapeutic support
