Main Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop personalized wellness plans for clients.
- Provide expertise in exercise physiology, athletic training, or nutrition to support patient health goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (physicians, therapists, APC's etc.) to ensure integrated care.
- Educate and empower clients through individual and group sessions on lifestyle modifications and preventive health practices.
- Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
- Participate in clinic initiatives, workshops, and community outreach programs to promote holistic health practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Exercise Physiology, Athletic Training, Paramedicine, Nutrition, or related field.
- Relevant certification (e.g., ACSM, NASM, RD, etc.) preferred.
- Proven experience in conducting health assessments and developing personalized wellness plans.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and motivate clients.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and research.
