Solutions Treatment Center Seeks an Admissions and Case Management Coordinator to work in both our New Albuquerque and Santa Fe offices.
Duties include:
Answering information and intake calls
Meeting with prospective clients and their families
Complete admissions process for new clients
Performing pre-screening and bio psycho social assessments
Completing insurance benefit checks
Completing pre-authorizations and utilization reviews
Providing case management services such as communicating with outside practitioners, probation officers, family members etc.
Developing aftercare plans
Community Outreach
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in social work, psychology, substance abuse counseling, nursing or a related field, 2 years experience working in the mental health field. An associates degree and Peer Support Worker certification may be exchanged for bachelor's.
Experience with insurance verifications and utilization review
Experience working in an agency or residential treatment center
Excellent written, telephone and oral communication skills
Must be a team player and also able to work independently
Must be reliable, with excellent time management and organizational skills
Must have evening and weekend availability and a willingness to be on call
Willingness to travel between Santa Fe and Albuquerque offices
Must have reliable internet, computer and phone service from home (some work from home hours, evening and weekends)
