Job Overview
We are looking for a team-oriented Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in leading our kitchen. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for Mediterranean cuisine. Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily kitchen operations and maintaining quality standards.
Lead and support the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Ensure consistency in food preparation, presentation, and ingredient integrity.
Train and mentor staff while promoting efficiency and teamwork.
Oversee kitchen cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety regulations.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
Passion for clean, high-quality cooking, preferably with Mediterranean or Greek cuisine.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and support a collaborative kitchen culture.
Must be able to work nights and weekends.
