Zinc Wine Bar and Bistro is currently seeking qualified individuals for a part-time bussing/ host position as well as a part-time cocktail server for: 'The Cellar Bar'
Essential job requirements include:
Consistent reliability, punctuality and professionalism
Attention to detail
Strong work ethic and presentable appearance with a desire to learn about wine and food
Must be available ALL Holidays and weekends
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Exceptional communication skills
Must be able to consistently maintain a fine dining atmosphere and experience for our guests
Hours of operation last until midnight so potential candidates must be able to work the full shift
Open availability and flexible schedule required
Experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate. Zinc Wine Bar and Bistro has consistently provided superior service and exceptional food for the Nob Hill neighborhood for over 15 years. The right candidate will be willing to work hard, possess a positive attitude at all times, and have a strong desire to succeed and learn working with some of Albuquerque's best fine dining servers and chefs. There is room for growth for the right candidate. Current New Mexico Alcohol Server's Certification required if applying for the cocktail position.
