We are looking to hire a sous chef or kitchen manager for a high volume establishment in downtown Santa Fe.
The individual must be capable of being the kitchen lead in all stations including fry, sautée, salad, and prep. The individual must be willing to work and demonstrate mastery over each of these stations prior to attaining the title of sous or kitchen manager. This individual will be essential in elevating our food program and maintaining day to day operations.

Boxcar Santa Fe has opened up two restaurants on the shores of Lake McConaughy - a beautiful 30 mile long lake, with white sandy beaches, fishing, boating, and other recreational opportunities.
We are looking for seasonal help and positions and opportunity are plentiful.
We operate two full-service restaurants, a convenience store, a beach camping facility, and a beach-side hotel. We need everything from dishwashers to head chefs, from housekeepers to hotel managers, from servers and bartenders to assistant general managers.
We are able to provide seasonal housing for anyone willing to work the entirety or majority of "the season" which is roughly Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Anyone joining us on this venture will then be offered full year opportunities in Boxcar Santa Fe and or Boxcar Lake Mac if they would like them.
