Here's a terrific opportunity for a hard-working, well-connected, resourceful and talented chef to help launch a unique (concept has never been actualized) and exciting new QSR concept in Albuquerque. A generous equity position will be offered to the candidate whose skills match the above. This need not be a full-time engagement at this time.
What will be needed:
- Refine and finalize food and beverage menu. Advise as to rotating and seasonal menus.
- Source and negotiate all food and drink to meet predetermined margins.
- Design and operate food prep operation, including sourcing prep location and hiring prep team.
- Advise on marketing, promotion, POS system, packaging, delivery, and catering.
- Advise on hiring store personnel and in store operation.
This concept has excellent potential to grow into a multi-store business and/or franchise. Candidates will be asked to provide local references at our first back and forth introductory meeting. Candidates will then be required to sign an NDA before concept details are discussed.
