The day-to-day: The Regional Manager manages a variety of tasks and projects and collaborates with colleagues to ensure alignment on goals and objectives. Your day will involve organizing and prioritizing your workload, addressing urgent matters, and engaging in effective communication across the team. Specific responsibilities include:

Oversee daily operations related to your portfolio, ensuring processes and procedures are followed to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.

Develop and execute strategies that align with company goals including financials, budgeting, recruiting and developing a team.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective execution of projects and initiatives.

Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Serve as a resource for inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships.

Prepare and present regular reports

Providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

LIHTC experience is required

Multifamily property management experience is a must .

8 + years of management experience.

5+ years experience as Regional Manager in the multifamily industry required

CPM and applicable State Brokers License preferred.

Effective communication skills , including s trong interpersonal skills , and written and oral communication skills .

Proven collaboration within a team.

Inspiring leadership skills that spark team member engagement and performance.

Solid analytical/logical mindset and attention to detail .

Highly proficient in M i crosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite.

Yardi PMS proficiency .

CRM ( RentCafe preferred) knowledge and engagement .

BA or BS preferred; proven industry experience will replace

RESPONSIBILITIES

Spearhead the implementation, monitoring, and strict adherence to property operating and renovation budgets across your portfolio.

Dive deep into financial strategies by analyzing, crafting, and recalibrating operating and capital budgets for each property.

Take charge of monthly financial health checks, ensuring accurate reporting and proactive corrections for optimal fiscal management.

Lead the way in supervising, authorizing, and overseeing contract services, repairs, and supply expenditures beyond on-site authority.

Secure necessary approvals for expenses surpassing Regional Manager limits, ensuring seamless financial oversight.

Collaborate closely with the Regional Service Manager and Vice President to ensure timely and budget-conscious execution of capital expenditures .

E nsur e all contracts, insurance, and scopes align with every capital investment.

Drive project success through monitoring progress and costs, ensuring efficiency and adherence to timelines.

Optimize community performance metrics , including turnover rates, market competitiveness, occupancy levels, and financial health indicators.

Strategically utilize data insights from rent rolls, lease renewals, and financial statements to guide property managers toward focused priorities.

Innovate marketing strategies to attract qualified prospects and minimize unit downtime across your portfolio.

Leverage market positioning knowledge to capitalize on community strengths and mitigate challenges within submarkets.
