Outreach Coordinator TEPLocation: Albuquerque, NM, United StatesJob ID: 6088611Date Posted:Aug 7, 2024POSTING DEADLINEThis position is posted until filled.JOB DESCRIPTIONSalary Grade: G08Minimum Midpoint Maximum$58,128 - $77,021 - $95,912SUMMARY:Under direct supervision, proactively builds, manages, and maintains productive relationships with key transportation electrification stakeholders. Responsible for identifying and pursuing potential partnerships and engagement transportation electrification opportunities with communities across PNMs service area, maintaining a calendar for outreach events, and working closely with internal and external partners to plan and execute various outreach events.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identifies and recommends to management participation in public-facing opportunities and events that promote PNMs Transportation Electrification Program, ensuring program visibility across PNMs service area.
Leads the coordination of all public events for the promotion of transportation electrification and the TEP, including organization of all participating stakeholders and organizations, and reporting metrics to evaluate event impact.
Develops extensive knowledge of the TEP and customer barriers and opportunities related to transportation electrification; communicates and connects customers with resources to foster positive perspective of the TEP and potential of transportation electrification.
Communicates key TEP messaging to external stakeholders and potential program participants, provides clear customer feedback to management.
Represents PNM and the TEP as a trusted advisor at community and/or customer events to connect customers with resources related to transportation electrification.
Interact with customers to provide information about the TEP, billing, and other related topics and issues.
Coordinates with and supports the Customer Energy Solutions Marketing Specialist on marketing and outreach strategy and initiatives related to the TEP.

QUALIFICATIONS:MINIMINUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:Bachelor degree in a related field with 1 to 3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:Must possess a valid drivers license and meet PNM driving requirements at all times.COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to maintain a positive attitude; adaptable to change.
Strong communication and public speaking skills.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations.
Ability to actively listen and get clarification to understand and respond to a wide-range of questions.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply the concepts of fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Advanced knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software; preference in MS Office.
Experience with social media platforms and outreach strategies a plus.

May sit up to 2/3 of the time. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
