Job Description Type of Opportunity: Full Time FTE: 1.000000 Exempt: Yes Work Schedule: Days Summary:Manages the development, implementation, delivery and outcomes for EAP client organization initiatives that are designed to improve individual and organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Supervises assigned EAP professional and support staff. Leads assigned project teams toward organizationally defined outcomes. Represents EAP training and organizational services to all internal external customers, consultants or partners and community organizations Responsibilities:Responsible for building effective teams and providing direct supervision to assigned staff. Demonstrates and transfers topic knowledge to the staff with a focus on continuous learning and leadership development. Drives quality and production outcomes to meet EAP training and organizational effectiveness program standards and expectations. Accountable for achieving assigned EAP business objectives. Consults and works in partnership with external client companies to increase organizational capabilities and competence. Using specific human and organizational performance improvement interventions leads the analysis, identification, prioritization and closure of existing or anticipated performance gaps. Recommends, designs, implements, and evaluates education, learning and Organizational Development OD programs, with external client companies, intended to help managers and employees develop productive professional relationships. Creates tools, models, training programs, etc. that build the capability of the client organizations through EAP training and OD programs.Manages EAP Coaching Program, ensuring competent internal and external coaches are selected and matched to appropriate assignments as well as evaluated for effective performance outcomes.

Assists in developing and maintaining the EAP training budget.

Performs other functions as required. <>Other information:Masters degree in Training, HRD, OD, Business Administration or related discipline. Ten 10 years experience in organizational development, performance excellence, adult learning, change management, or leadership development. Five 5 years experience corporate training and business management. Relevant experience must demonstrate high competency in the following skill areas: organizational design and competency framework implementation; leading high impact, cross-functional, projects and organizational initiatives through sound change management and organizational effectiveness strategies. Additional skills needed are the ability to act as a consultant within the EAP client organizations and to establish credibility, build trust and demonstrate strong problem solving skills throughout a broad based of service enterprises. Desired Skills: Experience in negotiating contracts with external clients. Experience in training evaluation tools and techniques. Experience in facilitating OD interventions. Experience in four or more Organizational Development content areas individual or culture assessments, change management, employee engagement, performance management, organization design, program evaluation, strategic planning, and team effectiveness Education:Essential:
