Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role centers around providing exceptional customer service via outbound and inbound calls in an on-site location. The successful applicant will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to fostering customer relationships and driving business success.Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their inquiries Utilize excellent problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries and actions taken Contribute to the team's performance targets by meeting individual goals Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers Attend on-the-job training sessions to improve skills and stay updated with the industry's best practices Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain a high level of customer service Collaborate with team members to provide seamless customer service Be ready to learn and adapt to new responsibilities and challenges in the role. Requirements Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally in a call center environment Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a detail oriented manner Ability to handle customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and CRM tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach Capability to provide feedback on customer interaction trends to improve service Willingness to participate in training programs to improve skills and competencies High level of patience and emotional intelligence when dealing with customer complaints or issues Strong team player with a commitment to departmental and organizational goals.
