Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Rep in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In this role, you will be part of a team that is the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their questions are answered and their needs are met. Your focus will be on providing excellent customer service, processing sales, and maintaining customer records.Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email correspondence, providing accurate information and solutions Process customer sales efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain and update customer records in our database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and order entry tasks Handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing information and assistance as necessary Use your multitasking skills to manage multiple customer inquiries at once Schedule appointments as needed, coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth operations Use your sales skills to promote our products and services, contributing to our overall sales targets Participate in team training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge. Requirements Must be proficient in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls. Previous experience in a call center customer service environment is required. Must possess strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently. Proficiency in data entry is required, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Must be able to handle email correspondence professionally and in a timely manner. Experience in order entry is a must. Must be proficient in scheduling appointments and managing multiple calendars. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is necessary. Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times. Must be able to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals and objectives.
