Description We are in search of a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will provide critical business requirements, workflow analysis, and system configuration support. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements Analyze business workflows to optimize and streamline processes Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRD) to guide system development Conduct system analysis to identify potential improvements and enhancements Provide system configuration support to ensure optimal system performance Support the successful implementation of the Albuquerque Community safety initiative by driving key business and system analysesOther duties as neededRequirements The successful Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will have: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role or similar field. Strong proficiency in Business Analysis is a must for the role. Experience in Workflow Analysis is highly desirable. Capability to draft and manage BRD - Business Requirements Document is required. Demonstrable experience in System Analysis is essential. The candidate should have knowledge and experience in System Configuration.Background required prior to employment.
