Specifically, you will support our team on several tasks such as analyzing competencies, identifying gaps, and planning and implementing improvements to effectively recognize early signs of nuclear proliferation, meet the Nation's nonproliferation missions, and support policymakers. This position is a hybrid role (would work on-site around 2 days/week) located in Albuquerque, NM. What You'll Be Doing- S upporting Task Leads in the planning and executing of studies and analyses to assess competencies related to nuclear weaponization, identify associated capability gaps, and evaluate activities to address shortfalls
- Assisting with d esigning methods to collect, analyze, and visualize data for customer needs
- Supporting the digital engineering team d eveloping processes and metrics to measure program progress and assess utility and efficacy of actions taken to improve competencies
- Assisting in w riting reports for senior Department of Energy audiences, including Secretary-level, to document findings
- Degree from an accredited university in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- This position requires ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which is issued by the US government. U.S citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.
- Minimum 1 year of engineering experience, time spent obtaining advanced degree counts towards this.
