Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role is based in a dynamic environment with a focus on customer service and administrative duties. The successful candidate will be expected to handle a variety of tasks, including invoice preparation and dispatch, billing, scheduling services, dispatching drivers, and other administrative duties as assigned. Proficiency in Microsoft suites, including Outlook and Excel, is essential, along with bilingual communication skills.Responsibilities: Handle a variety of administrative tasks, such as scheduling services and dispatching drivers. Prepare and dispatch invoices efficiently and accurately. Carry out billing duties meticulously. Provide customer service both over the phone and in person to retail foot traffic. Maintain proficiency in Microsoft suites, including Outlook and Excel. Communicate effectively in a bilingual manner. Be available for learning new tasks as the role evolves. Ensure accurate record keeping of customer interactions. Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism. Manage email correspondence promptly and efficiently. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role or similar Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Experience with answering inbound calls and making outbound calls Strong customer service skills, with a focus on detail-oriented, courteous communication Proven ability to manage data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Experience in email correspondence, including drafting, editing, and managing emails Skill in scheduling appointments, coordinating schedules, and managing calendars Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
