Your main objective will be to build relationships with clients and make sure they are satisfied, ensuring they return for future services.
Must Haves:
A citizen of the U.S., Mexico, or Australia
At least 18 years of age
Computer and/or smartphone with reliable internet
Comfortable with remote work and being self-sufficient
Strong customer service/ hospitality skills
Organized with great attention to detail
Proficient knowledge in navigating computer programs and booking engines
Strong communicating and listening skills with the ability to ask for help and assistance when needed
Attending live zoom meetings and recordedtrainings as well
A positive mindset! Ready to learn new things!
Tasks/ Job responsibilities:
Research, plan, and organize vacation packages to meet client desires
Create quotes, itineraries, and invoices for clients
Making accurate reservations for various bookings such as flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, vacation rental homes, theme park tickets, etc.
Collecting and processing client payments in a secure fashion
Keep up to date with travel industry trends, industry regulations, and destination updates
