Full time position, business hours Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m.
Service Advisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service. Presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns. Serves as the communicator between customer and technician, ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician.
