This position requires an individual who is Spanish-language proficient at least at conversational level. Individuals who are not Spanish-language proficient are encouraged to apply on our Customer Service Representative job posting.
The ideal Customer Service Representative has good communication skills and basic computer knowledge. You’ll talk to people across the country from all walks of life to obtain information on issues such as cost and access to healthcare and the impact of higher education on the labor force.
