Visiting Angels of Albuquerque is in the business of keeping senior citizens in the comfort of their own homes and ensuring they safely do so. By helping them with all activities of daily living. We are currently seeking a staffing specialist, that will help maintain 3000+ hours scheduled per week.
Are you a go getter, that works well with others? Do you have a heart for people? Then this might just be the opportunity for you! You will work directly with team members in our office to ensure our clients get the best care possible. This job entails daily high phone call volume and you will need to be a proficient multitasker. Basic computer skills are a must. Work days are Monday through Friday and you will work 40 hours per week. Starting pay will range from 33-40k, plus up to 6 bonuses per year!
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently placing caregivers with clients based on needs, location, and hours offered
- Answering/placing phone calls
- Client relations
- Caregiver retention
- On call one weekend per month
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Proficient computer skills
- Joyful/can do attitude
- Work well in a fast paced setting
