The value of a members % of ownership will be guided by generally accepted business practices and principles.
In this manner, members working together, diligently, to maintain or, to increase the profit and value of the restaurant may maintain or increase the value of their own % or ownership.
All financial records and transactions are 100% transparent to the membership.
