Key Responsibilities
New Client Onboarding:
Receive and review new contracts with Project Manager. Execute onboarding and client account access process with client and client AE.
Client Communication:
Act as the main point of contact for new client onboarding, current client report communications with sales, and facilitate communications between clients and the project management team.
Information and Asset Management:
Work collaboratively with the project manager to collect, organize, and manage all necessary information and digital assets required for projects. Ensure secure and organized storage of all client account access details and digital assets.
Detail-Oriented Execution:
Pay careful and thoughtful attention to detail in managing accounts and processing information to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and meet high-quality standards.
Reporting and Feedback:
Prepare and present regular updates and reports regarding project statuses and campaign performance. Gather and analyze client feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Past account management and/or account coordination experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms and principals is preferred.
- Familiarity with Google and Meta advertising platforms.
