Immediate Full time Opening, Office Manager , Quickbooks AP/AR Bookkeeper
We are an HVAC company looking for an energetic, reliable, responsible candidate, knowledgeable in job listed.
Requirements:
- Successful candidate will have excellent computer skills, i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word and must be proficient in all aspects of QuickBooks, Job Costing and Payroll.
- Must be self-motivated and organized individual to take over General Ledger Accounting
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with superior telephone manner.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimum direction.
- General office duties include answering calls, accurate messaging, communication skills and dispatching service techs. experience with new mexico 941 and CRS filing a plus.
-Provide general administrative/office support
Full Time (40 hours, Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM)
