Small mom and pop ceramic giftware manufacturing company is looking for some part time help to keep up our books. We are using Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2019. Willing to upgrade to latest version of Quickbooks but not online. For the 1st part of the year, will require bookkeeping about once a month or so to get the books updated. Later in the year will require about once to twice a month. The schedule is very flexible. We wholesale to around 25 retail gift shops and participate in retail craft shows. Duties would include AP/AR, preparing GRT every six months, interfacing with owners and CPA.
Experience required is one year of Bookkeeping schooling or 1 year experience.
