Core Commercial Services has an immediate opening for an Accountant or Bookkeeper who has worked at a CPA or Accounting firm and has had experience working with construction companies as well as other types of firms.
Core Commercial Services supplies employees, accounting and bookkeeping services, project management and other services to several other companies within the Core Industries group.
Core Industries is a Design, Engineering, Construction & Manufacturing company with a primary focus on Electrical Vehicle Charging Stations thought the USA.
We are seeking someone to join our team there who is interested in being part of a firm where their work is valued, where they can make a difference, and who shares our passion for providing outstanding service to our clients.

Some of the things you will be doing include:
financial reporting and month-end close
transaction review, bank, credit card and payroll reconciliations
allocate shared and indirect expenses
classify and release restricted, temporarily restricted, and unrestricted funds
year-end close, audit preparation and assistance
net assets schedules
client relationship management
daily accounting & bookkeeping.
work in a 99% paper free environment.

Previous experience in an environment working with multiple clients would be helpful.
Pay will depend solely upon experience and ability to perform. We have great benefits and 28 days off (paid) per year.
Office is located at the West end of Rio Rancho very close to Unser and Southern.
Professional experience with QuickBooks Pro, Premier, or other cloud based accounting software required.
Some felony convictions are ok; depending upon circumstances. References will be checked, you will need to undergo a background check.
