Activities Manager: NRMA Blue Dolphin Yamba

Would you love ensure magic memories are made for our guests? This is the position you have been waiting for!What you will do:Reporting to the Resort Manager, this exciting newly created role provides exceptional service to all guests by leading and overseeing the activities department at NRMA Blue Dolphin Resort.  You will work closely with the Resort Manager to provide a safe and entertaining environment by planning, leading, coordinating and delivering specialised and scheduled activities for our guests who are young and young at heart.Our activities team are the life of the party and provide a number of experiences for our guest, up to 365 days a year.  This is a permanent part time position with around 20-35 hours per week.What you will bring:Supervising, training and mentoring Activities CoordinatorsCreating, implementing and coordinating activities programs and eventsCreating and managing rosters for the Activities team Coordinating equipment associated with all activities programs and perform audits of activities equipmentOutgoing bubbly personalityConfident working with people of all agesAbility to facilitate outdoor activities and entertainment for large number of children/guestsBe able to work in a fast-paced environment especially through peak periodsConfident talking on a microphone when hosting events etcNot afraid to make a fool of yourselfStrong customer service skillsWorking with Children's Check An availability across weekends, public and school holiday periodsWe do the training; you bring the personality!What’s in it for you? At NRMA Parks & Resorts our benefits include more than just great discounts.
