Description We are offering an opportunity for a skilled Accounting Clerk within the healthcare industry. The role is based in Woodland Park, New Jersey. This position provides a valuable opportunity for someone proficient in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP. This is a short-term contract opportunity.Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications. Maintain precise records of customer credit. Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed. Handle accounts payable and receivable duties. Perform account reconciliation tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Assist in the billing process and ensure all invoices are processed correctly. Utilize software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks. Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Collaborate with the team to ensure all financial duties are completed efficiently. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, Oracle, and SAP Experience in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Ability to handle Billing and Invoice Processing tasks effectively Strong data entry skills Knowledge of healthcare industry accounting standards and regulations Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of accounting Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
