Must be local to Woodcliff Lake, NJ - 2/3 days onsite. Bachelors Degree Required, PMP/PMI certifications are expected. Must have 10-15 years of Project Management experience, and managing multiple parallel work streams. Must have strong organizational, leadership, problem solving and influencing skills. Must have experience with multi-cultural characteristics of Global IT organization. Strong Microsoft Office, including Visio, MS Project, Power Point and SharePoint skills required. Business Analysis experience desirable. User story experience desirable. Candidate will be involved in sprint ceremonies, defining and driving requirements for the Feature team (backlog development, grooming). Involved in the QA and UAT (user acceptance testing). Must HAVE Agile Feature Team Experience (Jira Tool, Confluence), Good communication and documentation skills (project delivery/management and good understanding of quality processes.
