Web Content Manager

Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Web Content Manager in New Jersey. This role will primarily involve managing, editing, and creating web content to enhance our digital platforms. You will work closely with stakeholders and agency partners, ensuring timely and accurate content generation and launch, while also conducting regular website audits to ensure brand guidelines and ADA compliance.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage a portfolio of web content, providing guidance to agency partners and stakeholders on new content generation. Ensure timely and accurate launch of new content across digital platforms, coordinating with different departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Establish and implement procedures and workflows for the content implementation life cycle, including managing content creation, review, approval, legal clearance, translations, revisions, and reporting. Facilitate weekly communication meetings between internal stakeholders and agency partners, acting as a bridge to ensure stakeholder needs are met and agency deliverables are achieved. Conduct regular website audits to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and ADA requirements, reporting and correcting any violations while identifying content opportunities. Report and analyze the performance of content and promotions, identifying successes and opportunities for growth and communicating these to relevant parties. Support the Web Operations Manager and Retail Digital Platform Specialist with ongoing projects and promotions, ensuring appropriate completion of each project.
