Description We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team based in Woodbridge, New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support for SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, as well as guiding users in adopting these platforms and leading smaller-scale projects.Responsibilities Efficiently address and resolve tickets related to SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive to ensure seamless operation and user satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges. Educate users on best practices for SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, and act as a go-to resource for stakeholders. Deliver training sessions, workshops, and documentation to enhance user competency and optimize collaboration tools. Lead or contribute to smaller-scale projects, including enhancements to intranet systems. Work closely with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement improvements. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Provide Tier 3 Support and utilize skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to enhance technical proficiency. Regularly monitor user adoption and provide advisory services to improve user competency. Maintain a collaborative mindset and demonstrate exceptional technical proficiency and communication skills. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, demonstrating the ability to troubleshoot and resolve related issues. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, including the ability to manage and administer sites. Familiarity with SharePoint Administration, ensuring smooth operation and user accessibility. Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, including the ability to develop and manage applications. Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Power Automate to create automated workflows. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power BI for data analysis and visualization. Ability to provide technical support effectively, handling customer inquiries with professionalism and patience. Experience in Tier 3 Support, demonstrating the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
