Description A well-established real estate company in Woodbridge, NJ, is seeking a Property Controller to join its growing team. This new role has been created due to the acquisition of several new commercial and industrial properties.Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with management to support decision-making and property acquisitions.
Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Manage accounting processes for a commercial and industrial real estate portfolio.
Supervise a team of accountants across all accounting functions, including budgeting, CAM reconciliations, and special projects.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have
Expertise in accounting for commercial or industrial real estate properties.
Strong supervisory experience within a real estate accounting context.
Experience with CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations and budgeting is essential.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
