Job Title: Legal Secretary Job DescriptionAs a legal secreraty, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our legal processes. Your daily responsibilities include running delinquency reports, following up with past due tenants, updating company software for legal notices, educating tenants on late fees, and issuing notices. You will interact daily with the Legal department on contracts, notices, and tenant files, and communicate with NJ counties' court systems. Additionally, you will prepare written notices and correspondences for attorneys, review invoices from outside counsel, and occasionally attend virtual court as a witness. Your role also involves direct communication with attorneys, sending out template notices to tenants, redlining documents, handling outbound collection calls, and updating tenant account balances.Hard Skills
