Description Key ResponsibilitiesSpecific duties include but not limited to: Maintains up to date knowledge of assigned business and technology solutions and uses knowledge to propose and guide business improvements Decipher, solution options, and articulate benefits/risks including pros and cons of solutions as part of service strategydevelopment. Collaborate and continuously develop strong and productive working relationships with members of the business and IT Teams. Provides expert consultation for business projects that often integrate new technology and/or carry out organization-wideoperational and technology functions. Provides expert leadership of and input to review of designs, installation, configuration, maintenance, testing, qualityassurance, troubleshooting, and problem resolution of mission-critical systems, projects, databases, and solutions. Reviews, updates and develops documentation including but not limited to: requirements, validations, processes, scripts,and procedures for future reference or use. Responsible for the consistency, clarity, and quality in all documentation and other artifacts by reviewing, validating,editing, rewriting, and authoring as necessary.Requirements Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, Excellent technical documentation skills. The skills are important since an essential aspect of the IT Technical Project Manager job is to correctly interpret user requests and convey those requirements in a clear manner to other project team members as well as document the technical design.Must be able to develop business cases, documentation, reports, project updates, project ideas and other benchmarking data.Must be able to generate statistical reports and documentation such as program documentation and technical specs.Must be able to read and comprehend technical benchmarking data and other data such as business requirements and test plans.Will have constant interaction with the user community as well as other members of the IT organization and staff.He/she will occasionally deliver process and project updates for small-to-medium size audiences which could range from five people to 25 people. Delivery must be professional and polished, as it reflects upon the reputation of the company, and specifically, the company Information Technology Department.Must be a technologically savvy knowledge worker. Specific technology knowledge and experience needed to produce desired outcomes include the following: Systems development and support including business analyst roles in complex business and systems environments. Should also be cognizant of new and emerging technologies.
