About You

You will have the ability to network with community partner organisations to drive, manage and co-ordinate engagement activities to create awareness of AWA services and to essentially ensure referral numbers are achieved. Your personable approach will assist to manage stakeholder’s expectations and to build strong relationships.

About the Role

You will:

  • Participate in working with AWA Senior Management structure to develop, implement and co-ordinate effective engagement strategies to ensure referral targets are met and develop a remedial Action Plan to address and manage under performance and/or risk.
  • Be a part of a development data capture measurement reporting process and ensure referral numbers are tracked to targets.
  • Work closely with National Diversity Employer Manager and National Client Engagement and Retention to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Drive, manage and co-ordinate engagement activities to create awareness of AWA services and to ensure referral numbers are achieved for each site at State Level.
  • Develop strategies to attract community partner organisation referrals.
  • Continuously improve and review current Engagement Strategy to ensure effectiveness.
  • Oversee and participate in driving Marketing campaigns to create awareness of AWA services to participants with the assistance of Marketing and Communications team.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, communities linkage, strong marketing skills, quick in building rapport, working with youth.
