Billing Specialist

Description Our client located in Middlesex County is looking for a Billing Specialist. The Billing Specialist candidate must have 1+ years’ experience handling billing or accounts payable. The Billing Specialist will be resolving billing issues, prepare and process billing adjustments, compile daily invoice runs, bank deposits and GL postings. The Billing Specialist candidate must have a good working knowledge of Excel – vlookups/xlookups and pivot tables. The company uses more of an in-house software so any larger ERP experience would be sufficient!
