Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Hardware Analyst in West Berlin, New Jersey. The successful applicant will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting computer hardware for products and systems. This role involves defining system requirements, conducting prototype testing, and providing engineering support to existing designs.Responsibilities: Design, develop, and support computer hardware for products and systems, ensuring functionality and efficiency Define system requirements and hardware/software architecture, utilizing skills in VHDL programming for CPLD/FPGA using Cadence OrCAD Capture Conduct prototype testing and troubleshoot hardware/software issues, ensuring smooth operation and resolution of any problems Research technical information for product design and development, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements Develop and validate test plans, procedures, and user manuals, providing clear and accurate instructions for users Provide engineering support to existing designs, offering expertise and guidance as needed Interact with customers for support or development phases, providing excellent customer service and addressing any queries or concerns Utilize Cisco Technologies, Computer Hardware, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Firewall Technologies, AB Testing, Active Directory, Configuration Management, Deployments to perform tasks effectively and efficiently. Please note: This role requires the ability to work independently and a proficiency in toolsets: OrCAD Capture/PCB Editor, Altera Quartus II tools, Model Sim, Microsoft Office. Requirements Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Cisco Technologies Proficiency in dealing with Computer Hardware Prior experience with Dell Technologies Familiarity with EO/IR systems Experience in Firewall Technologies Proven ability in AB Testing Competence in Active Directory Experience in Configuration Management Demonstrated success in Deployments Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Excellent problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proactive learning mindset, with the ability to quickly pick up new technologies and skills.
