It isn't a question.CX Innovation Manager will be responsible for leading the design and implementation for optimizing our current consumer experience capabilities and processes to transform how we deliver value to our consumers. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders to identify pain points, generate insights, ideate solutions, and execute pilots and scale-ups. This role will also champion a culture of innovation and consumer-centricity within the organization. This is an individual contributor reporting to US CX Lead.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:Work across CX teams to identify and support new capabilities and processes within respective areas (Agile Optimization, Consumer Engagement, Social/Connected Commerce) to optimize for marketing effectiveness, such as personalization, dynamic content, omnichannel integration, and consumer journey mapping.Ability to self-organize in a highly ambiguous environment to map out and mobilize end-to-end process from ideation to execution, leveraging agile methodologies and design thinking principles.Deliver communications at executive level and be able get into the tactical details, acting as a bridge between business needs, technical requirements, and consumer expectations.Support CX enterprise transformation lead through input and delivery of multi-year transformational roadmap, aligning with strategic priorities and ensuring stakeholder buy-in and cross-functional collaboration.Ability to bring forward business case that includes both top-line and bottom-line implications, as well as consumer value proposition and competitive differentiation, for any proposed innovation initiatives or pilots.Examples of special projects would be: Advancing Personalization: 1P / Retailer data sharing clean room process, Creative Effectiveness: piloting and scaling DCO/Mod content and Connected Social/Commerce: Consumer relations transformation.Leadership BehaviorsTakes Accountability - Goes beyond to identify and embed solutions, delivering tangible change.Pragmatically Turns Data into Action - Uses data to create compelling proposals. Outcome vs. activity-focused; ensure initiatives are adopted and embedded.Why you?Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Bachelor's degree6+ years' experience in CX or Marketing, CPG preferred.Marketing, brand management, innovation or strategy experience in consumer goods, over the counter or non-traditional health/wellness industryP&L/budget management, project management and/or business development experienceAbility to lead within a matrix organization, integrating complex multifunctional efforts crossing multiple business areasAdvanced Excel skills and managing large data setsStrong Project Management and collaborative communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:Prior experience in the following areas: DTC/Retailer, Category or shopper marketing, CPG sales, advertising/media planning, profit and loss analysis and performance against plan, Martech ecosystems, agile/project management, CRM/data, AI/Automation.CRM, social media platforms, Google Platforms, working with large data setsSkilled in providing leadership within a matrix organization, adept at integrating complex multifunctional efforts spanning various business areas.Strong Communicator & Connector: Ability to effectively work with and connect with all levels of colleagues across multiple functions using active listening skills and open mindset to understand needs.Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments.Analyst & Simplifier: Ability to synthesize data from a variety of input sources, into a coherent whole/clear picture to define the performance gap and to design/deliver the appropriate solutions.Action Oriented & Accountable: "Can do" and "Does do" attitude; Ready to jump in and make immediate impact through positive and proactive nature, high energy level and credible experience.
