As a Senior Migration Lead in the clinical area, you will be an important member of the team that consults to leading pharmaceutical, medical devices and biotechnology companies. Responsibilities will include preparing engagement estimates, leading workshops and migration teams and consulting for data/document migrations. Required Skills and Experience for candidates: » Bachelor' s degree in an Engineering, Science or related field discipline. » Experience working with GxP validated applications » Experience with Siebel Clinical Trial Master System (CTMS). » Backend Siebel data model knowledge and past experience in migrating from Siebel a must » Working knowledge and proficiency in SQL and XML » Management experience managing technical teams » Excellent communication and organizational skills » Technical awareness of Veeva Vault, Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical » Track record of success acting as a client- facing technical lead » Minimum of 15 years of overall technical experience » Minimum of 5 years of successful experience as a consultant » Sound judgment in technical assessments and problem-solving abilities. » Self-motivated team leader with strong client orientation and ability to work in multinational and multicultural environment. » Up to 10% domestic and international travel requirement is possible and flexibility to accommodate client calendars and schedules. #RecruitPS
