Solid Organ Transplant Key Account Manager - CentralLocation: RemoteAbout the Job:The Sanofi Solid Organ Transplant (SOT) Key Account Manager (KAM) role is a commercial sales field-based position focused on account management for Thymoglobulin at Kidney Transplant Center’s of Excellence. KAM’s will work in tandem with Field Transplant Network Managers to clinically educate on the benefits of Thymoglobulin and manage the business for the discount program within each account. KAM’s report to the National Director of Transplant and this role will work closely with both Field Sales and home office-based colleagues in marketing, medical, market access and other internal functions, as appropriate.We are an innovative global healthcare company with a focus on immunology that extends to innovation in diabetes and transplant medicine. Promote the value of transplant and Thymoglobulin for inpatient transplant procedures.

Identify and develop account network of thought leaders responsible for Kidney Transplant, including, but not limited to Pharmacy buyers, Transplant Administrators, Transplant Buyers, Transplant Surgeons and Medical Directors.

Engage customers on Thymoglobulin adoption, maintenance, and growth.

Act as a primary liaison to coordinate with relevant matrix stakeholders (Field Sales, Marketing, Market Access).

Execute peer-to-peer strategies, address customer needs, anticipate market trends, and uncover competitive intelligence, ensuring delivery against business objectives.

Gain and synthesize feedback in support of the evolution of the discount program for Thymoglobulin. Be adaptive and forward thinking as business dynamics change and evolve.

Provide operational support to manage transition of care from in-patient to out-patient.

Educate on reimbursement dynamics that are pertinent to kidney transplant.

About YouA dynamic business leader with deep Kidney Solid Organ Transplant experience, customer knowledge, and a passion to achieve and exceed organizational success through KOL relationship development, account management, and strong collaboration with cross-functional partners.Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with seven years of work experience in one or more of the following: field sales, product marketing, or medical / clinical experience in the hematology/oncology therapeutic area (SOT focused) within the pharmaceutical / biotech industry.

Ability to travel 80% of the time

A strong self starter with deep relationships in Kidney Transplant Centers

Proven track record of sales and account management activities

Prior knowledge of the solid organ transplant market and disease states
