Overview

Seeking a highly motivated individual who is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced environment supporting the Business Capital needs of the bank. Software Developer will develop and enhance information systems by studying operations; designing, developing, and installing software solutions; support and help develop the technology team. The ideal candidate for this position can prioritize tasks and coordinate effectively daily tasks. Responsibilities

  • Developer should be able to work with a team of technologists on projects responsible for building new and supporting existing systems.
  • Hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables)
  • This position requires the ability to prioritize across multiple activities, communicate clearly, have a consistent track record of delivery and excellent software engineering skills. Creative engineering balanced with high quality and a customer focus
  • Must be able to work across multiple facets of the project and juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time. Strong analytic capability and the ability to create innovative solutions.Successful candidates must:
  • Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts
  • Be able to build strong interpersonal relationships with peers and other senior management throughout the company
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Software application development and maintenance OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Software application development and maintenance
  • Proven ability to analyze requirements, perform estimation and design Technical Solution as per Business requirements/User Stories
  • Good Knowledge in Sales Cloud and Expertise in Service & Community Cloud
  • Significant Experience designing Lightning Community (Digital Experiences) - Community Setup, Community Builder, Community Manager, Community Branding, Lightning Customization in Community, Community Licenses, Types of Community, CSS, JavaScript and User Registration
  • Expertise in Salesforce Out of Box features i.e., Roles, Profiles, Sharing Settings, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flows and Data Migration
  • Expertise in Apex Development - Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Asynchronous Apex (Future Methods, Queueable, Schedulable & Batch Apex), Apex Testing
  • Expertise in Lighting Web Components (LWC) Development
  • Good Experience in Visualforce Framework and Lightning Aura Component Framework
  • Expertise in Salesforce Integration using REST API, SOAP API, Web Services, HTTP Callouts, Restful Web Services, Outbound Message and Platform Events
  • Knowledge or Experience on MuleSoft Integration with Salesforce
  • Experience enforce Best Practices via code review and mentoring and acting as Gate for Quality of Code delivered
  • Desired experience in Version Control Systems like Git
  • Should have experience with Salesforce continuous integration and deployment process (preferably using Azure DevOps)
  • Knowledge in Salesforce DX & VS Code
  • Ability to work in teams, good communication skills and with experience in an onshore/offshore model
  • Good understanding on XML/JSON information processed during Integration
  • Preferred with at least one certification covering Salesforce Experience Cloud, Platform Developer 1 and Platform Developer 11
