You will be managing and delivering marketing campaigns for our global and multinational clients under the global American Express Global Business Travel (Amex GBT) brand. We require a marketing manager with experience in B2B, client-led marketing.Our marketing team prides ourselves on authentic leadership, serving our customers around the world and delivering excellence in everything we do. This person will be a critical part of orchestrating this transformation for our largest clients, alongside leading key vertical marketing strategy & communications for all clients.As a marketing manager of our global and multinational audience, you'll be a key part of our mission of Powering Progress Through Travel. In this role you will partner closely with the Senior B2B Marketing Manager and the Multinational and Global Commercial teams to develop a strategy and own execution for key functional areas. You will be responsible for campaign execution for this audience with a focus on developing and developing the core content strategy aligned to customer needs, segmentation, and a multi-channel approach. This will include upsell opportunities to drive awareness, pipeline progression, customer retention and revenue through targeted programs. You will also be accountable for measuring success of marketing activity and building robust plans to improve performance over time.This role is located on the East Coast US, (hybrid working is in place).What You’ll Do:

Work closely with the B2B Senior Marketing Manager, Global Marketing Communication to deliver a robust, strategic marketing campaigns for clients globally, responding to priority areas, efficiently and on time.

Build a strong rapport with Commercial partners and establish existing Go-to-market activities in plan across the wider group.

Identify ‘white space’ opportunities, build specific strategic campaigns to cross-sell and upsell our products and services, aligned to key business objectives.

Work with extended teams and collaborators including Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing Operations, Content Development, and Digital Marketing teams on the overall end-to-end experience for key client accounts.

Work with Commercial partners to define critical metrics that measure overall success; collaborate with Operations & Analytics teams to create reports; communicate results to partners; identify clear opportunities for improvement

Responsible for governance of all activity within your team, working closely with the Amex GBT General Counsel’s Office to ensure compliance with all appropriate standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Significant experience delivering global strategic marketing campaigns for large enterprise organizations.

Comfort/working knowledge of Salesforce, ABM platforms (6Sense), marketing automation platforms (Marketo), and sales engagement tools.

Significant experience working in the B2B space, preferably with Account-Based Marketing or Demand Generation expertise.

Open-minded, excitement to try new tactics, and perseverance to see projects to completion.

Able to lead and operate effectively through periods of significant change.

Proven experience of delivering results in highly commercial environment.

International experience working with remote teams and time zones is a plus.

The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual Performance Based Incentive, which rewards participants based on company performance.
