How big is the team? My team consists of 6 very dedicated people; the extended Commercial Team has 13 people spread globally. The entire legal team has 30+ employees.

What does your team like most: The team likes working in a collegial environment on deals and projects that have a significant impact on the company.

Your Role

Analyze, draft, redline, and negotiate contracts with revenue impact to Nutanix, including licensing and services agreements with customers on the Fortune 500.

-Proactively resolve unique business and contractual issues and create recommendations using analysis, creativity, and the development of new approaches to enable sales to close deal.

Provide support to maintain processes between legal department and other business units and collaborate to continuously improve the contracts review and administration process.

Collaborate with internal business stakeholders and cross-functional teams during contract review and negotiation process acting as the main point of contact.

-Provide constant and clear communication to internal and external customers.What You Will Bring

10 years of experience negotiating and managing software licenses , support, professional services, and channel agreements in a fast-paced and dynamic corporate environment required.

Experience negotiating with Fortune 500 customers.

Experience negotiating with customers in the financial services and healthcare sectors.

Experience working for a public technology company.

Bachelor’s Degree or above - JD Degree.

Strong understanding of the laws of the United States .

Strong understanding of global privacy laws.

Experience negotiating security terms and conditions.

Strategic problem-solving skills with excellent legal and business judgment and the flexibility to take on a variety of tasks and challenges.

Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work and to drive projects to completion autonomously and as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills. The ability to communicate well with internal stakeholders, as well as with vendors.

Experience with contracts life cycle management tools.

Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
