Lead process efficiencies and contract maturity initiatives
Support to strategic organizational initiatives (Project Maguire, Road to Compliance ext.)
Develop contract structure and process to support new offers/programs (Quick Rebates, OMNI…ext.)
Develop templates, training and data to support contracting
Drafting / redlining agreements to support tight deadlines or larger projects
Monthly performance analysis on cycle time
Template, clause and playbook updates
Microsite Content Management
Training for New Hires
Support to manager on performing quality reviews as needed
Qualifications
8-12 years of experience
BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field. Advance Degree preferred
