Job Description: Evaluates existing systems and/or user needs to analyze, design, recommend, and implement information system changes. The candidate should have both business analysis and hands on technical work with APEX, Lightning and other Salesforce programmatic components. Expertise in implementing Salesforce and managing reporting as one who troubleshoots issues related to implementation and ongoing maintenance will be needed. It’s a role that involves a blend of analysis, hands on technical and reporting. Collaboration and oversight of the implementation vendor will also be needed. If the candidate is a technical resource, that resource must also have senior business client relations experience to be considered.Required/ Desired Skills:- Prior experience as an SME with Salesforce implementations
- Hands-on work with Apex
- Hands-on experience with Lightning
- Prior experience troubleshooting systems integration issues and reporting problems
- Prior experiences as a vendor or overseeing a vendor implementing Salesforce
- Prior experience implementing Salesforce as both a business liaison and technical resource
