Trigyn has contract opportunity for Help Desk Support in Trenton, NJ.

Description:This position will be responsible for providing on-site computer/tablet/peripheral technical support including but not limited to answering inquiries, resolving computer, network, application and Internet connection issues via phone, e-mail, and remote connection or in person and walk user through problem-solving process.Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention and notify primary deskside team when problems are reported based on a specific work activity or location; prepare activity reports and re-direct non-deskside problems to the appropriate project team resource.The position will also be responsible for imaging computers, encrypting hard drives and deploying new/re-imaged computers.

This position is not purely phone support and will be 100% on site.

Required/Desired Skills Current professional experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10 (Required 2 Years) Current experience troubleshooting pc hardware issues (Required 2 Years) Current experience performing software installation and troubleshooting (Required 2 Years) Recent support of the most recent Microsoft Office Suite (Required 2 Years) Experience imaging computers and physically setting up computers/monitors (Required 2 Years) Current experience using remote assistance tools such as Quick Assist or GoToAssit (Desired 2 Years) Possesses user friendly customer service skills (Required 2 Years) Experience with Absolute Computrace (Nice to have) Experience with hard drive encryption tools such as Bitlocker (Nice to have)
