This role requires collaboration with key team members, refinement of product backlogs, and contributing to product strategy by finding opportunities and addressing challenges.The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, possess a deep understanding of product management principles, and thrive in an environment that blends business, technical, and customer-facing responsibilities.What You'll Do:

Support the planning and execution of the product/platform strategy and roadmap for Data Science and AI/ML projects.

Be embedded in the business to truly understand the needs of the customer and build the roadmap from their requirements.

Support the vision of the products; identify and manage risks, dependencies, and opportunities. Leverage emerging AI/ML technologies to amplify product development.

Facilitate conversations between partners, including executives, data scientists, ML Ops experts, engineers, analysts, and external customers.

Manage data science roadmap products and features, taking the intent from relevant business teams, driving feature prioritization, and influencing decisions for monthly/quarterly delivery.

Instigate a feedback loop with core customer groups to understand their specific user requirements and drive iterative improvements.

Possess a solid understanding of machine learning principles, including foundational concepts in natural language processing, statistical modeling, and optimization, with the ability to collaborate effectively with data scientists and engineers to develop and deliver AI/ML-powered solutions.

Contribute to cross-functional discussions, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 3-6 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of education and experience will be considered.

Previous product management or product analysis experience, with AI/ML-powered platforms or solutions.

Strong background in Data Analysis.

Proven track record in an agile development environment, effectively managing and delivering product roadmaps.

Strong empathy for end-user experiences with a customer-centric approach.

Excellent communication and collaborator leadership skills, with the ability to articulate narratives aligning data and technology with business strategy.

Inquisitive attitude with strong organizational skills.

Ability to analyze and simplify sophisticated problems into actionable steps.

The ideal candidate should have strong quantitative skills and be resilient in their approach

Forward-thinking, and well-versed in emerging data technologies and trends

A strategic problem solver who can solve issues as well as build processes for growth

Good balance between analytical, business and technical skills

Recent experience in working on Natural Language Processing solutions, LLMs like GPT or Google Gemini, or similar.

Familiarity with tools and platforms commonly used in agile product management (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Experience in supporting or managing AI/ML-driven projects in a commercial real estate or similar environment.

Solid understanding of data science, machine learning, and product management principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

The minimum salary for the AI Product Manager position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for the AI Product Manager position is $130,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
